I have also struggled with learning how to balance it all. Through inner healing and continued self work, I gained the necessary tools needed to identify my needs & communicate them effectively with others.

In 2011, I was faced with a traumatic birth experience. My partner and I felt alone and unsupported as new parents through it all. This experience has shaped me personally & professionally which has then led me to the work I do today.

As a therapist I have pursued and gained the additional training needed to support my clients & go beyond the limitations of traditional talk therapy.
