  • All group and individual sessions are held through a online HIPPA compliant platform. I am licensed to meet with clients for psychotherapy in the state of New York & Florida.

  • We accept out of Network (OON) Insurance benefits

     

     Depending on your health insurance plan or employee benefits, it is possible for sessions to be covered in full or partially, typically 50-70% of the session fee is reimbursed.  If you would like help with submitting claims to your insurance, or need help to verify how much your health plan may cover, I use a free service that uses HIPAA-compliant technology to create, submit, and monitor insurance claims on your behalf.   • Outpatient Individual psychotherapy 50 min - $275

    Couples Therapy $300

    Group 90 min $60 per a session all sessions are prepaid in advance.

    Intensive therapy sessions varies on package

    No show/Late cancellation fee is rate of service provided 48 hour cancelation policy.

  • I offer a free phone or video 15 minute consultation so you can decide if I would be a good fit, and we can explore how I might be able to best support your needs

    During the first few sessions we will talk the struggles that bring you to therapy and define your goals. We will then work together to help you achieve those goals. Sometimes things can seem worse before they get better as you try new ways of approaching problems. Being open to new ideas and trying new things will likely improve the outcome.

  • Individual & Couples sessions are normally 50- min

    Intensives are longer structured sessions

  • I respond to contacts within one business day. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

  • Appointments must be cancelled within 48 business hours. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

    Intensives is a specialized service and you must provide 50 % non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The remainder is charged at the time of the scheduled intensive.

  • Office hours are Monday through Thursday for online therapy vary, and include both daytime and limited early evening appointments.

  • The therapeutic process looks different for everyone. I will work with you to clearly identify your treatment needs, review progress and any subsequent goals, and check in regularly to understand your sense of how the process is working for you. Moving on from therapy is a process that we will engage in together, at your own pace.
